We are still smiling after our incredible Alzheimer’s Awareness Event, “Unity in the Mosaic: Walking Together, Learning Together, Building a Brighter Picture for Alzheimer’s.”
Our community came together in a beautiful way to piece together hope, awareness, and support for those affected by Alzheimer’s. Here is a look back at our wonderful day:
🧠Learning Together
We kicked off the day with a series of insightful presentations from guest speakers. With their diverse professional backgrounds, they provided invaluable information, practical tips, and deep empathy for caretakers and loved ones navigating this journey. Knowledge is power, and we are so grateful for their guidance.
🍪 Shopping for a Cause
Our community’s creativity and baking skills were on full display at our Bake & Craft Sale! Thanks to everyone who bought a sweet treat or a handmade treasure, we raised a fantastic amount of money to donate directly to the Alzheimer’s Association.
🎸 Rockin' and Rollin' for a Brighter Picture
We ended the day on the highest note possible! The crowd went wild for our evening concert featuring the incredibly talented Elvis Impersonator, Jeff Krick! From the classic hits to the iconic moves, Jeff had everyone singing, dancing, and shaking their hips.
A Huge Thank You to our wonderful staff, our brilliant speakers, the amazing Jeff Krick, and—most importantly—our residents and families. Every piece of the puzzle matters, and together, we are truly building a brighter picture.
