So let's talk pre-planning.

First, when you sign up, these prices are Garunteed.

There are two sides to pre-planning. There is the funeral home and the cemetery side. This post will be focusing on the funeral home side.

Funeral home side:
We would schedule an appointment, either here at the funeral home or at the convenience of your own home.

We would talk about what kind of services you would like. We have a wide range of options. It can be from a full burial or cremation funeral to quick and convenient burial or cremation service without funeral services.

We would build a quote, we would then ask two health questions and get you approved for our whole life insurance. The total cost of the insurance os the price established on the quote. If the quote came out to $3,000.00, your policy would then be valued for $3,000. There are one pay options or multi-payment options.

Most people hear insurance and run away, however this whole life insurance is not a policy you would pay till the end of your days nor does it expire.

Pre-Planning for your final disposition is not your everyday conversation. I started this page to bring awareness to those who have questions about pre-planning.

So for starters there are Two sides, the Funeral Home side and the Cemetery side.

We’re going to focus on the cemetery side of things.

There are 5 categories that consist of the cemetery:

1.Space:
2. Endowment:
3. Open & Close:
4. Vault:
5. Marker:

All these items can be pre- planned separately, except for the space and endowment; they go together.

We require 20% down and can make monthly istallments on the remaining balance. It’s 12 months same as cash! Anything past the 12 months, 7% interest charge will be applied.
