A much delayed announcement!! We welcomed our third baby into the world and into our home in December. Our wonderful midwife Grace made it just in time!! My own birth experiences have been amazing, challenging, and eye opening to the power of my body and mind. I’m so grateful for the tools I’ve learned from HypnoBirthing. I truly believe in the power of relaxation and trusting the process of birth. Whether your birth goes exactly as you had hoped or takes some unexpected turns, whether you go unmediated, need an epidural, or even a c-sections I believe HypnoBirthing gives you the tools to make it through any given situation. I will be teaching again starting April 13th. (April 13, 20, 27, May 4 via zoom. The last class will be May 14 in person in San Francisco at the Golden Gate Doula Office.) Great news! Researchers in Amsterdam, in the Netherlands, have found COVID-19 antibodies in human milk.

As we all know birth often does not go as planned! A recent client of mine was induced for medical reasons. There were a few complications and lots of interventions throughout the labor. In the end she gave birth to a healthy baby.
“The delivery was beautiful. The actual birth of my baby was everything I could have hoped for. I could not have done it without the skills I learned from hypnobirthing. He was welcomed into this world with a peaceful, calm energy that I am so grateful for. “
