A Silent Escape is a weekday mini-retreat designed to help you step out of stimulation, urgency, and constant input… and finally exhale.

(No, they don’t teach yoga.

But wow... do they make magic.

Our Director of Sound, Auburn, recently added a collection of Alchemy Bowls to her sound healing toolkit, and we’re completely mesmerized.

If you’ve attended a traditional sound bath before, you’re familiar with crystal singing bowls. Alchemy Bowls are something entirely different.

Crafted from pure quartz crystal infused with precious gemstones, minerals, metals, and rare earth elements, these bowls create layers of sound that are richer, more complex, and incredibly immersive.

The result?

A deeper, more expansive sound experience that many people describe as feeling less like listening to sound and more like being surrounded by it.

At SHINE, we’re always looking for the next leading-edge experience—new ways to help people rest, heal, connect, and transform.
