Tomorrow, I begin a 99-day journey into the deepest parts of myself.
No expectations. No attachment to the outcome. Just pure devotion, surrender and a willingness to discover what becomes possible.
Kundalini is our primal life force energy. The powerful energy believed to rest at the base of our spine, waiting to be awakened through breath, movement and awareness.
Ta**ra is the sacred art of embracing ALL of life. Our pleasure, pain, sensuality, shadows and divinity. Remembering that our bodies are sacred and that BLISS is our birthright.
THE DEATH.
The death of old identities, limiting beliefs, conditioning and the stories that have kept me disconnected from my infinite nature

What happens when I surrender completely and allow everything that no longer serves me to FALL AWAY?
THE REBIRTh
Returning to my body. My breath. My primal essence.
Awakening my creative, sensual life force. Opening myself to deeper pleasure, expanded consciousness, unconditional love and profound states of BLISS.
Becoming so deeply connected to my inner guidance that I no longer need to know what comes next.
AND THEN COME THE MIRACLES. ✨
What if miracles aren’t something we chase, but something we create space to receive?
What if the greatest miracle is remembering the infinite power that has always existed within us?
For 99 days, I’m choosing devotion over distraction. Presence over control. Surrender over fear.
And I’m welcoming ALL OF IT. The bliss, the breakthroughs, the tears, the resistance and the messy, uncomfortable beauty of transformation.
Because death and rebirth aren’t always pretty. Sometimes they’re raw, wild and absolutely FU***NG UNCOMFORTABLE.
But I’m ready to meet myself there.
I HAVE NO IDEA WHO I’LL BE ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THESE 99 DAYS. AND THAT’S THE MOST EXCITING PART.
I’ll be sharing my journey in my DAILY STORIES. The breathwork, the awakenings, the bliss, the breakthroughs and every unexpected miracle along the way.

Maybe the death is the part of you that needs to know.

The part that needs the plan.
The proof.
The timeline.
The guarantee

And maybe the rebirth is learning to live differently.

To get quiet enough to hear.
To trust the next step before you can see the whole staircase.
To stop forcing the future and start responding to what is actually being shown to you now.

So much of transformation is not about becoming more.

It is about letting die what keeps you disconnected from your own knowing.

The control.
The fear.
The constant searching outside of yourself.

And in that empty space, something new can begin.

A different way of living.
A deeper relationship with yourself.
A willingness to be led.

This is where miracles begin to feel less like random events and more like what naturally happens when you stop fighting the unfolding.

You do not need the whole map.

Listen for the next step. Then, take it! 🔥

I’ve been thinking a lot about the difference between post-traumatic stress and post-traumatic growth.

Because I’ve lived both.

There are things that changed me deeply. Things I didn’t choose. Things that shook the foundation of who I thought I was.

And I’m realizing I still get to choose what I do with what happened.

I can let it define me, or I can let it deepen me.

The pain is real.
So is the growth.

Sometimes the shift is simply in the perspective we choose to carry forward.

More surrender
More death and rebirth
More love ❤️

I’m so f*ck*ng done.

Done pretending I know what I’m doing.
Done pretending I have all the answers.
Done believing that if I just strategize harder, post more, build more, push more, somehow I’ll finally “get there.”

I’m done chasing the business.
Done chasing the plan.
Done chasing the version of me who thinks she has to control how this all unfolds.

Let it die.

The ego.
The stories.
The masks.
The performance.
The pressure to prove that I know where I’m going.

Burn it all down.

Because the truth is, the only thing that has ever actually mattered is how deeply I am listening.

Am I in tune with my highest self?
Am I following what is true TODAY?
Am I willing to change direction when my soul says move?
Am I willing to surrender the plan when life is showing me something bigger?

This is death and rebirth.

Not the pretty, Instagrammable version.

The kind where identities collapse.
Where the old way stops working.
Where you realize you cannot drag the person you used to be into the life that is trying to be born through you.

So I’m letting her die.

And underneath all of it, I keep remembering:

Life is f**ki*ng miraculous.

Every single day.

I don’t have to know how everything is going to happen.
I don’t have to have every answer.
I don’t have to force the next chapter into existence.

What I need arrives.
The doors open.
The people appear.
The medicine comes.
The path reveals itself.

My job is to listen.

To trust.

To stay awake enough to recognize the miracle when it shows up.

Down with the ego.
Down with the stories.
Down with the mask.

Let it f**k*ng die.

I’m ready to see what’s underneath.
