You don’t have to wait until you’re completely overwhelmed to reach out for support. 🤎

Maybe your mind rarely slows down.
Maybe you find yourself overthinking every conversation.
Maybe you’re trying to manage your emotions while also managing everyone else’s needs.
Maybe you know something needs to change, but you’re not sure where to begin.

Therapy can offer a space to slow down, better understand your patterns, and work toward healthier ways of coping and relating to others.

As a Texas Licensed Professional Counselor, I provide virtual therapy for adults, allowing you to attend sessions from your own space.

If you’ve been considering therapy, I’d love to help you explore whether working together may be a good fit.

You deserve support, too.

There's a lot of pressure to move faster, achieve more and see results sooner.

But speed doesn't count for much if you're heading in the wrong direction.

Sometimes the smarter approach is to slow down, rethink your priorities and make sure your efforts are taking you somewhere you actually want to go.

Progress isn't just about how quickly you move. It's about where you're going.

A llittle reminder for anyone who feels like they should be further along by now 👻🧡

You’ve never been this version of yourself before. You’re learning new things, letting go of old patterns, figuring out what matters to you, and hopefully becoming a little kinder to yourself along the way.

One of the biggest things I’m learning through The Art of the Good Life is that building a happier life doesn’t require you to be an entirely different person. It’s okay to enjoy the life you have while leaving room for yourself to grow. Comment “GOOD” below to learn more 🍁

You don’t have to wait until you’re healed, confident, successful, or have everything figured out to start enjoying your days. You can be a work in progress and have a wonderful life at the same time 🤎

Send this to someone who needs a little reminder to be gentler with themselves today 🍂

Let’s talk about people-pleasing.

Sometimes, being the person who is always understanding, always available, and always willing to help comes at a cost.

People-pleasing can look like:

• Saying yes when you desperately want to say no.
• Feeling responsible for everyone else’s emotions.
• Replaying conversations because you’re worried someone is upset with you.
• Avoiding difficult conversations to keep the peace.
• Feeling guilty for putting your own needs first.

Being caring and considerate is a beautiful thing. But you matter in your relationships, too.

You can love people without abandoning yourself to keep them happy.

A question to reflect on: Am I saying yes because I genuinely want to, or because I’m afraid of what might happen if I say no?

Learning to recognize the difference can be a meaningful first step toward healthier boundaries.

A gentle reminder for the week ahead.

You can be a work in progress and still be worthy of love, respect, and good things.

You can be healing and still have hard days.
You can be learning boundaries and still feel guilty saying no.
You can be growing and still struggle with old patterns.

Progress doesn’t mean you never struggle again. Sometimes it means you recognize what is happening, give yourself grace, and choose a different response.

You don’t have to become a completely different person to deserve the life you’re working toward.

Give yourself a little grace this week. You’re learning, too. ✨

🧡 WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY | OCTOBER 10 💛

Your mental health matters — not just today, but every single day.

Sometimes we spend so much time taking care of everyone else that we forget to take care of ourselves. We push through the anxiety, silence our feelings, question our worth, and convince ourselves that we should be able to handle everything on our own.

But you don’t have to. ❤️

You deserve to feel confident in who you are. You deserve to understand your emotions without feeling controlled by them. You deserve healthy relationships, peace of mind, and the space to work through the things that feel heavy.

Therapy isn’t a last resort. It’s a step toward the life you deserve.

If you’ve been thinking about starting therapy, consider this your reminder that it’s okay to ask for support. You don’t have to wait until things feel unbearable to prioritize yourself.

✨ Virtual therapy allows you to do the work from the comfort of your own space.

📅 Appointments are available as soon as next week! You can reach out by text, email, phone, or book directly through Headway.

Today and every day, remember: you matter, your feelings matter, and your mental health matters. 🧡

One thing I wish more people knew:

Setting a boundary doesn’t make you mean.

Taking time for yourself doesn’t make you selfish.

Disappointing someone doesn’t automatically mean you’ve done something wrong.

You can care deeply about other people and still recognize your own limits.

You are allowed to have needs, preferences, feelings, and boundaries—even when someone else doesn’t understand them.

You don’t have to stop being a good person to start taking care of yourself.

What is one reminder you think more people need to hear?
