We are excited to announce the opening of our newest P4 Physical Therapy location in Hartford, Alabama. We are also proud to welcome Jessica Smith, PT, DPT, who will be serving patients at this location starting on October 26th!

Meet Mrs. Susan! ❤️

After more than 6 weeks of being unable to line dance because of knee pain, Mrs. Susan was ready to get back to doing what she loves — dancing with her friends!

Through weeks of physical therapy with Amy Campbell Rhuland and Amberley McCreary; Susan’s hard work, and determination, she’s back on the dance floor line dancing 3 times a week! 🎉

At P4 Physical Therapy, we love helping our patients get back to the activities that bring them joy. Whether it’s walking, playing with grandkids, or dancing with friends, our goal is to help you get back to living life to the fullest!

We’re excited to introduce Jessica Smith, PT, DPT, local owner of our new P4 Physical Therapy Hartford location!

Jessica grew up in Skipperville, Alabama, and graduated from George W. Long High School before earning her bachelor’s degree from Auburn University and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Faulkner University. Now calling Hartford home with her husband, John, Jessica is especially excited to serve the community that means so much to their family.

We’re so excited to have Jessica leading our Hartford clinic and can’t wait to see the impact she makes in the community! 💙
