Throughout the mid-90's I studied Hatha Yoga under a Master Teacher, received my Reiki level 1 attunement and completed the student workbook of the Course of Miracles. I became hooked on Kundalini Yoga in 2005, and have been an active, on-line member of Life Force Academy since 2015. I have attained my 200-hour Teacher certification in Yoga and Mindfulness with Yoga Farm Ithaca, as well as pursued

further certifications with Yogi Beans School in Family Yoga Training and The Building Blocks of Teaching Yoga to Kids. My ambitions are to provide custom yoga classes for all ages with a Kundalini flavor in the following formats: Kids' Yoga, Adult & Me, Warrior Stretch Flow and Chair Yoga. With emphasis placed on the breath, along with mudras and mantras, we can create a pleasant state of being that can de-stress our nervous system and bring us into the stillness of present moment.
