In this moment of our world’s history, taking the time to alleviate stress and encourage healing is a truly valuable opportunity that can enhance our everyday lives. Reiki is the universal life force energy present in everything around us — from the earth and water to the stars and sky, and most significantly, within ourselves!

Reiki is accessible to everyone! The Reiki Level I class will help you connect with this healing energy and teach you how to apply it for yourself and others.

With over 18 years of teaching experience, I have witnessed the transformative healing effects of incorporating Reiki into one’s life. It can genuinely be life-changing and even life-saving. Plus, it’s enjoyable!

Join us for the Reiki Level I class at Balance Mind, Body & Spirit Reiki & Spiritual Wellness, located at 101 Bill Smith Blvd., King of Prussia. The class will take place this Sunday, September 27th, from 9:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The fee for the class is $180, with a $90 deposit required at the time of registration.

During this class, participants will learn the history of Reiki, hand positions for self-healing, and hand positions for healing others. You will explore the principles of Reiki, engage in Gassho meditation, practice Kenyoku, and learn the Raku symbol for completing treatments. Additionally, you will receive four Reiki attunements, and upon completion, you’ll be provided with a Reiki manual and a certificate for Usui Reiki Level I.

I look forward to teaching Reiki Level II at Balance Mind, Body & Spirit Reiki & Spiritual Wellness today. The Reiki practitioners will learn the first three Reiki symbols, how to give Reiki with distant healing, and work in a sacred space to send it to the past, present, and future. This lineage also teaches intuitive techniques to better serve their clients and their needs. Plus, it's fun!

Next Reiki Level II Class:
October 25th: 9:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
December 13th: 9:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Holy Fire® III Karuna Reiki® Master:
Class: October 9th, 10th, and 11th: 9:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
