📢📅 Important Update: Kingfisher Clinic Closing July 17, 2026
To our Kingfisher families,
After careful consideration, Gonzales Therapy Services will be closing our Kingfisher clinic location. Our final day of patient care in Kingfisher will be July 17, 2026.
As many of you know, our original Kingfisher clinic building sustained significant structural damage earlier this year. Since that time, we have been operating from a temporary location while carefully evaluating long-term options for continuing services in Kingfisher.
Unfortunately, after extensive review, we have determined that maintaining a permanent clinic presence in Kingfisher is not feasible at this time. This decision was not made lightly. We understand the impact it will have on the children and families we serve, and we share in that disappointment.
We also understand this news may come as a surprise to some families. We wanted to communicate as soon as a final decision was reached so that we could provide clear transition options and support for every patient and family.
Our focus now is ensuring every patient has a smooth transition and continued access to therapy services. Families currently receiving services may:
• Continue therapy at our Enid clinic location.
• Transfer care to another provider of their choice, with records provided upon written authorization.
• Work with their therapist on a discharge plan and home program if appropriate.
Our team has begun contacting families individually to discuss these options and answer any questions.
We are deeply grateful to the Kingfisher community for the trust and support you have shown us over the years. It has been an honor to serve your children and families, and we are proud of the progress they have made.
