We started our day off with Therapy Thursday! Every Thursday this month, we're focusing on wellness with morning stretches, hydration, and meaningful conversation. Residents enjoyed refreshing cucumber water, fruit punch, and bananas while spending time together and staying active! 🤗💪🍌

The day came together beautifully thanks to our amazing vendors and community partners: Maggie’s Design Face Painting, Tracey Kendall Wilson with the Alzheimer’s Association: Tennessee Chapter, Rachel Stoner with Brookdale Rock Springs, Melanie Bowen with Caris Hospice, Brian Coggins with Midwest Financial, and DeeDee with Bristol Ambulance Service.

A special thank you to our incredible Wexford House staff for serving food, helping with cleanup, and making sure everything ran smoothly. We truly couldn’t have done it without them! It was an awesome afternoon! 🤗
