Thank you Dene for the beautiful pictures, Robin and Jennifer for my stunning perfect new whip, Emma for leasing me her saddle for the season, Tennessee Valley Hunt for the opportunity to learn so much more about this incredible sport with even more incredible animals, Trilogy Performance Saddlery and Jennifer for keeping me and my horses happy and comfortable during these more demanding rides, Julie for being such an awesome teacher, and of course Ringo, for really stepping up to being a whip horse and taking everything so in stride.

When Horse Haven of Tennessee calls, I’m always curious what crazy thing I’m gonna be helping with next. Ringo was a very pushy, occasionally aggressive stud when he first came to my farm. He had some fear, which he still internalizes some today, but was mainly just so focused on the other horses and wanting to be a baby daddy that he didn’t have much concern or respect for people at all. After the amazing Pinnacle Equine Hospital castrated him, Nolan has worked to get passed his farrier aggression and foot soreness, Hallway and Agri Feed Pet Supply helping his condition blossom, he has really come along to be still a bit quirky but truly such a unique horse that I’m so grateful to have the opportunity to give a home and a job. And of course, a huge thank you to all of the workers who have helped with him to also help him get to where he is today. It’s the best feeling these days seeing those little ears see me and come trotting up from his pasture that he keeps perfectly manicured to see what he gets to do today.💙

Absolutely beautiful day out cubbing with TVH!

Ringo did so well for his first time out! Margarita was a star and Louis has really matured this year. We can’t wait to see him develop into the unicorn hunt horse we believe him to be! Robin led the “first flight” on Abe with Pat on Blue who both were very excited for the kickoff of cubbing season!

So proud of our group! Can’t wait for more trips out cubbing and hunting 😍 It’s such a fun time getting to ride great horses and watch the hounds work, especially on such beautiful days!

And just like that, Puca handled a rider on his back like a pro. This young man has truly stepped up in his training and we couldn’t be more excited for his future! Thank you Kacy for trusting us with his foundation, he’s really turning into a star pupil! 💫

The O’Hatnick Equestrian team had a great time riding at the TVH trail ride! It truly was amazing to see so many horses together and to get to catch up with friends!

So proud of our group and our horses for how well they handled the atmosphere. Can’t wait for the next one!

ISO STABLE/FARM WORKER

We want you IF you:
* Can show up on time
* Are self motivated and take pride in your work
* Love being around animals
* Have past farm/animal experience OR are willing to learn
* Can stay on task and good with time management
* Enjoy a friendly work environment and don’t create drama
*Are 18yo or older

Things to expect on a regular day:
* Making and feeding horses, donkeys, ducks, geese, chickens, cows, cats and dogs
* Turning in/out horses from their stalls or pastures
* Mucking stalls
* Scrubbing/filling water troughs and buckets
* Tossing hay
* Driving a tractor/spreader
* Blowing/vacuuming barn aisle
* Taking trash out

Located in Lenoir City, TN

Looking for part or full time help

A typical day is 9-5 with a lunch break but could also consider someone working morning or afternoon shifts

Riding opportunities potentially available around work for those interested
