The Institute of Spiritual Healing and Aromatherapy offers educational programs in spiritual healing and aromatherapy to prepare practitioners like you in the art of hands-on healing and anointing with essential oils for self-healing and healing of others. Healing Touch Spiritual Ministry and Aromatherapy courses available throughout the United States and internationally.

After spending time in the summer heat, peppermint (mentha x piperita) offers a refreshing cooling sensation.

It can be helpful for feeling overheated, tension headaches, mental and/or travel fatigue.

Be sure to always dilute peppermint oil before applying to the skin, and avoid applying near the face of infants or young children.

Making a personal inhaler can also provide an invigorating boost during long drives or outdoor activities.
