Dolly saved lives in more ways than she probably ever realized. ❤️

For years, CPR instructors have used songs around 100–120 BPM to help students keep the right compression rate. While everyone else was using Stayin’ Alive… I was over here teaching CPR to 9 to 5. 🫶

One more little piece of Dolly’s legacy. 💎

Aspirin is inexpensive, easy to find, and could make a difference during a suspected heart attack. ❤️

Call 911 first. Then, if you’re not allergic to aspirin and haven’t been told not to take it, chewing 162–325 mg while waiting for EMS is recommended by AHA and Red Cross.

Save this one—you never know when you might need it.

Drowning can happen fast—and often without a sound. 💙

Help protect the kids you love:
🏊 Enroll them in swim lessons
❤️ Learn CPR
👀 Stay actively attentive anytime they’re swimming or bathing

Swim lessons are important. CPR is important. But active supervision is still the first line of defense.

Share this with a parent, grandparent, babysitter or caregiver who needs the reminder.

Stroke can happen fast — and recognizing the warning signs quickly can make all the difference.

Remember F.A.S.T.
Face drooping. Arm weakness. Speech difficulty. Time to call 911.

Save this. Share it. Make sure the people you love know these 4 letters too. ❤️

Seven hills I’ll die on as a CPR/First Aid instructor. 🚑❤️

Some of these might be unpopular opinions… but I said what I said. 😬

Which one do you agree with most—and which one are you ready to argue with me about?

The worst time to realize you should’ve learned CPR is when the person on the floor is someone you love.

CPR compressions need to be done at a tempo of 100-120 compressions per minute while still ensuring full chest recoil (allowing the chest to come back to its normal resting position between each compression). Push down at least two inches for an adult.

Having an AED isn’t enough if nobody knows where it is.

In a cardiac arrest, every minute matters. Your AED should be visible, accessible, clearly marked, and something your team can find immediately.

Ask your employees today: “Where’s our AED?” Their answers might surprise you.

Just a normal CPR instructor with a garage full of bodies. 😳😂

I swear there’s a perfectly reasonable explanation.
