Today, we pause to remember and honor the lives lost 25 years ago on September 11. We are forever grateful to the brave first responders who ran toward danger with courage, selflessness, and unwavering commitment to serve others.

We also remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice that day and every first responder and member of our Roane healthcare family who continue to protect our communities. Thank you for your bravery, your service, and your dedication. We will never forget.
