September is National Su***de Prevention Month 💜🎗️🩵

It's important that parents and caregivers to know what to look for, what to do when they’re worried, and how to make home safer during a mental health crisis.

You don’t have to have the perfect words:
📌 Ask directly.
📌 Listen without judgment.
📌 Take concerns seriously.

Most importantly, when your child needs more help than you can give alone, reach out. Save this post. Share it with another parent. Know the warning signs before you need them.

If you’re worried about your child, we’re here to help you figure out the next step. If there is immediate danger, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. Call or text 988 for the Su***de & Crisis Lifeline. 🫶🏽

We all know that new parenthood comes with A LOT of love... and just about a million questions! 🩵 Jessica, NP does an incredible job of making sure new parents know all of the most important things.

And maybe most importantly? Your baby doesn't need perfection-- they need you. Trust yourself, give yourself grace, and remember that you never have to figure it out alone.

We are here for all the questions, the reassurance, and the "is this normal?!" moments alone the way. We are always just a phone call away. 🫶🏽
