July is Bereaved Parents Awareness Month, a time to recognize the deep grief carried by parents who have experienced the unimaginable loss of a child.

At Mynatt Funeral Home, we honor the love that never fades, the memories that remain, and the families who continue to carry their children in their hearts every day.

To every bereaved parent: you are seen, your grief matters, and your child will never be forgotten. 💛

Love changed me.

Loss did too.

One taught me
how deeply
a soul can matter.

The other taught me

how powerful
that love remains,

even when
life looks different
than it once did.

I never became

the same person
I was before.

Not because
everything ended...

But because
every shared moment

left something
beautiful behind.

Now I notice

the little things
more carefully.

I hold people
a little longer.

I say the words
that matter

before tomorrow
has the chance
to arrive.

Some experiences

don't simply
become memories.

They become

the quiet teachers

that reshape
the way
we see life.

Perhaps

that's the lasting gift
of loving someone
so completely.

They continue

to influence
our kindness,

our gratitude,

and the way
we choose

to love everyone
who is still
walking beside us.

And maybe

that's how
the deepest love

continues
to leave its mark...

Not by keeping us
in yesterday,

but by making
every tomorrow

a little more meaningful. 🤍
