As a psychede/ic therapist, I’m not surprised by much

And I’m definitely not shocked when I hear these things happen.

Proper preparation and integration is the hardest part of the journey but also the most important.

Meeting with a facilitator once or twice before taking a large dose of psychede/ics might be okay for some - but it’s not what I would recommend.

Feeling truly safe with your facilitator and your environment usually takes more than a few virtual calls and can make all the difference in the journey.

Integrating what comes up is easy to skip - but it’s where the work and the actual transformation happens.

Meet Kyara! - Kyara has been an intern at Intuitive Life Wellness since January and for the first time, she's opened up a few spots for new clients.

For the past five years, Kyara has been apprenticing in neo-shamanic and plant medicine traditions, learning what it truly means to hold space for people moving through psychedelic experiences. As a therapist, she brings her grounded and compassionate presence into her work with others, offering a space for clients to trust their own process and heal from the inside out.

Kyara's specialty is providing therapeutic preparation and integration support for people engaging in psil/cybin and other plant medicine work.

Working with these medicines is rarely just about the journey itself. The intention you bring in, the support around you, and how you make sense of it afterward is what actually shapes the impact.

🍄 Embodied Microdosing pairs a structured 90-day psilocybin microdosing protocol with real mind, body, and spirit support, moving through four pillars of connection: self, others, nature, and spirit.

How the group unfolds:

✔ Individual session - one-on-one screening and connection session to prepare you before the group begins

✔ Foundations Workshop - a deep dive into the science, the protocol, and building your personalized ritual and intentions.

✔ 13 weeks of inner healing group work - moving through self, others, nature, and spirit, alongside others but also deeply personal inner work
