Healthcare services including Primary care for all ages, Women’s Health, Prenatal, Dental, Behavioral Health, Chiropractic care, sick-visit walk-ins, onsite Pharmacy and more!
📍Located in Lafayette, Frankfort & Lebanon but serving all of Indiana! Riggs CHC receives HHS funding and has Federal Public Health Service (PHS) deemed status with respect to certain health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.

We are incredibly grateful for the outstanding preceptors who open their practices, share their knowledge, challenge our residents to grow, and help prepare the next generation of healthcare providers. The investment goes far beyond clinical teaching and involves helping shape providers who will care for patients and communities for years to come.
