Throughout the week we’ll cover:

🩷 Healthy boundaries
🗣️ Consent & communication
✨ Safe dating
💔 Coping with breakups and friendship struggles

I’m also excited to share that Faith House will be joining us on the final day to provide additional education and support surrounding healthy relationships and safety.

💛 Reminder: Teen & Young Adult Grief Support Group Begins June 1 💛

If you are a teen or young adult navigating the loss of a loved one, you do not have to walk through grief alone.

Our first meeting is Monday, June 1, and we invite you to join us for a supportive, judgment-free space where you can connect with others who understand, share your experiences, and learn healthy ways to cope with grief and difficult emotions.

✨ What you can expect:
• A safe and welcoming environment
• Meaningful conversations and activities
• Creative ways to express thoughts and feelings
• Coping tools for grief, anxiety, and overwhelming emotions
• Connection and support from peers who understand
