How many of you struggle with finding reliable resources for teletherapy? 🤚🏽. I am one of those people.
I wanted to share one of my favorite resources pixar short films. It's saved me from the awkward silence of failed technology. The kids and parents love them AND students are totally engaged during the session!! You can use these to target any goal, but I focus on comprehension, receptive and expressive language as well as social skills and artic within structured and unstructured convo. One of the reasons I 💗💗💗 working in the SNF setting is that I learn so much from my patients. No matter their state, those wisdom filled chats are the best.

Lesson: 💗 Today's lesson consisted of understanding the beauty in praising those around you.

"Granny" stated that people hear more negativity on a daily basis so she tries to consistently thank and praise others around with hopes of uplifting their spirits. She closed the lesson with "we can all give something that's free, and that is simply kindness.

Apply:💗 I apply this lesson to life and instead of thinking in admiration, I vow to be more vocal! "Give them there roses now!
