I can usually predict whether someone is going to reach their goals by looking at just 3 days of their week.

Friday. Saturday. Sunday.

For a lot of women, Monday through Thursday actually looks pretty damn good. You’re getting your workouts in, prioritizing protein, drinking more water and making intentional choices.

Then Friday rolls around.

Maybe it’s dinner out and a couple drinks. Saturday gets busy and there’s less structure. Sunday turns into “I’ll just start back Monday.”

And Monday? You’re right back at it.

But here’s what I want you to consider:

Monday through Thursday is only 4 days.

That’s 57% of your week.

If you showed up to work 57% of the time, would you expect 100% of your paycheck?

Probably not.

So why do we expect our bodies to respond differently?

I think this is where a lot of women get it wrong.

They assume the answer is to become MORE disciplined Monday through Thursday. Work out harder. Eat “cleaner.” Cut more calories. Try to be more perfect.

But Monday probably isn’t your problem.

You’ve already proven you can make intentional choices when life is structured.

The real opportunity is learning how to navigate the other 43% of your week without feeling like you have to choose between your goals and actually having a life.

That doesn’t mean skipping date night, never having dessert, saying no to vacations or turning down a margarita because it “doesn’t fit the plan.”

It means learning how to enjoy those things without letting one meal turn into an entire weekend of “f**k it, I’ll start again Monday.”

There is a HUGE difference.

Your body doesn’t know it’s the weekend. It doesn’t give you bonus points for being perfect on Tuesday or punish you for eating at a restaurant on Saturday.

It responds to the patterns you repeat over time.

You can’t keep treating 43% of your life like it doesn’t count and wondering why 100% of the results aren’t showing up.

Say it with me:

“YOU DESERVE TO BE HEALTHY AND CONFIDENT ENOUGH TO FEEL GOOD NAKED.”

Think that’s too much?

Let me ask you this…

When was the last time you looked in the mirror before getting in the shower and thought, “Damn, that’s me.” And meant it in a good way.

When was the last time you had s*x with your husband without trying to hide every fold, cover your stomach, or insist the lights stay off?

When was the last time you changed your clothes, looked down, and actually admired what you saw instead of racing to put on the next piece of clothing just to cover yourself up?

Call me unconventional, but this is everyday life.

These are real women. Real concerns. Real struggles.

And thankfully, real success stories.

Because wanting to feel healthy is important.

But wanting to feel confident, desirable, and damn good in your own body?

You’re allowed to want that too.

And I’m willing to talk about it.

The way I coach has evolved because I kept paying attention to what women actually needed.

Not more information.
Not more motivation.
A better way to make their health work in real life.

That became REBUILDRX❤️

There are moments in your career that completely change the way you think.

For me, it started with a single question.

After coaching hundreds of women over the last decade, I kept asking myself...

If these women already know what they’re supposed to do...why are so many still struggling?

These weren’t women who didn’t care about their health.
Many had worked with physicians, dietitians, therapists, or personal trainers. They’d read the books, listened to the podcasts, saved the Instagram posts, and learned what they were “supposed” to do.

The information wasn’t missing.

So I stopped asking, “What else do women need to know?”
Instead, I started asking, “What do women need in order to actually apply what they already know?”

That question changed the trajectory of my career.

It led me to spend years studying the gap between education and implementation. It challenged me to rethink the way I coached women. And ultimately, it became the foundation for everything I’ve built with REBUILDRX.

Because knowing what to do is only the beginning.
The real challenge—and the real transformation—comes from learning how to make those habits work when life isn’t perfect.

When work gets busy.
When the kids need you.

When you’re navigating perimenopause, menopause, PCOS, insulin resistance, or simply a season of life that feels overwhelming.

That’s the conversation I believe we should be having in women’s health.

And it’s the conversation I’m excited to keep having with you over the next two weeks.

One of the biggest misconceptions in women’s health is that women need more information.

I don’t believe that’s true.

In fact, I think most women already know far more than they realize.

They know they should prioritize protein.
Strength train.
Move more.
Sleep better.
Drink more water.

Many have had conversations with their physician, dietitian, therapist, or other healthcare providers about these exact things.

The problem isn’t a lack of information.

The problem is that information alone doesn’t teach someone how to implement those habits consistently when life is busy, stressful, unpredictable, and constantly changing.
And that’s no one’s fault.

The reality is that our healthcare system wasn’t designed to provide ongoing coaching, accountability, and day-to-day implementation. Providers are often working within limited time and resources while trying to care for as many patients as possible.

That’s where I’ve spent the last decade focusing my career.

Studying the gap between knowing what to do.....and actually living it.

Because that’s where real transformation happens.
REBUILDRX was built to bridge that gap.

Over the next two weeks, I’m finally pulling back the curtain on everything I’ve been building.

I truly can’t wait to share it with you.

Today marks a new chapter.

What began as Katie Little Fitness has evolved into REBUILDRX, a comprehensive metabolic health company built for women who are done with quick fixes and ready for real, lasting change.

The name is new. The mission has only gotten clearer: to bridge the gap between medical treatment and lasting lifestyle change through evidence based nutrition, purposeful movement, real accountability, and a team I have built to support the whole woman, not just the workout.

This isn’t a rebrand for the sake of a new logo. It’s the next step in something I have been building for years alongside the women who have trusted me and my team with their health.

Over the last decade, I’ve had the privilege of helping women not only across the United States, but around the world reclaim their health and confidence. One of the things I’m most proud of is seeing this approach reach far beyond my own business. Today, the same evidence based, science driven, unbiased methods I have built REBUILDRX around are being integrated as a foundational component of treatment plans alongside healthcare providers for women navigating weight gain, perimenopause, menopause, hormone replacement therapy, and PCOS.

To me, that isn’t just exciting for my company. It’s validation that women deserve a better standard of care. One that doesn’t stop with a prescription, a diagnosis, or another restrictive diet, but equips them with the education, strategy, accountability, and support to create lasting change.

This has never been about helping women lose weight.

It’s about helping women rebuild their metabolism, rebuild their confidence, rebuild trust in themselves, and rebuild a life they genuinely love living.

You deserve more than another diet.

You deserve more than temporary motivation.

You deserve a team committed to helping you create lasting change through a science driven approach that fits your real life.

Welcome to REBUILDRX.

I’m not just changing a name.

I’m changing the standard of women’s metabolic healthcare.

This is just the beginning.

I have so much more to share with you, and I can’t wait to bring you along for what’s next.

One of the biggest misconceptions in the health and fitness industry is that women need more information.

They don’t.

Most women already know what they’re “supposed” to do.

✔️ Eat more protein.
✔️ Strength train.
✔️ Walk more.
✔️ Drink more water.
✔️ Get better sleep.

The problem isn’t knowing what to do.

It’s knowing how to make those things work in a life that’s constantly changing.

Because life isn’t lived in perfect conditions.

It’s lived between work deadlines, kids’ schedules, vacations, stressful seasons, holidays, and the unexpected.

That’s why I coach women differently.

I don’t believe in handing you a meal plan and hoping for the best.

I believe in teaching you how to understand your body, fuel it strategically, build lean muscle, and make confident adjustments as life changes so you never feel like you have to “start over” again.

Because real transformation doesn’t happen when you follow a perfect plan.

It happens when you finally learn how to make healthy living fit your real life.

If this resonates with you, comment REBUILD below. I’ll send you more information about my coaching philosophy and make sure you’re the first to know when the next opportunity to work with us opens.

We live in a world that teaches women to chase symptoms.
Low energy? Find something to boost it.
Bloating? Cut out more foods.
Weight gain? Eat less.
Poor sleep? Find another supplement.
Brain fog? Push through it.
But what if your symptoms aren’t the problem?
What if they’re your body’s way of telling you that something deeper needs your attention?
Your body doesn’t have the ability to send you a text message.
It communicates through symptoms.
That doesn’t mean every symptom is caused by lifestyle alone, and it definitely doesn’t mean you should ignore medical care. Hormonal conditions, thyroid disorders, autoimmune disease, nutrient deficiencies, and many other health conditions deserve proper evaluation and treatment.
But what I see every day is women trying to silence the message before they understand it.
Your body is constantly adapting to the environment it’s living in. The question isn’t always, “How do I get rid of this symptom?” Sometimes the better question is, “Why is my body responding this way?”
When you start asking better questions, you can finally start finding better solutions.
👇 What’s the one symptom you’ve been struggling with the most lately?
