I’m sure you have questions like… what’s all the hype about a retreat? And why wouldn’t I just go on vacation?

Well… this is different.

You actually get to be cared for holistically; mind, body, and soul.

You don’t have to figure out a single thing in your itinerary. You just get to show up for five days and RECEIVE.

We get to play. Dance. Laugh together… actually Laugh until we cry. 😂
We get to pray, move, flow, rest, eat good food, have real conversations, be outside, and just enjoy being women together.

And underneath all of that, you get to remember what it feels like to simply be a child of God without all the other busy work.

No roles to perform.
No one needing something from you.
No itinerary to manage.
No holding everything together.

Just space to breathe, receive, connect, and be.

So leave the roles behind for a little while, girl.

And step into your belovedness. 🤍

Okay sis, what if God can meet you in ways you were never TAUGHT to expect?

Because I remember the first time I did breathwork.

I came out of it like… what WAS that?

I had known God. I had prayed. I had worshiped. I had experienced His presence.

But I had never experienced Him like that.

So close.

Not just as something I understood in my mind or believed in my heart, but as something I could actually experience in my body.

It was embodied.

And honestly, it knocked my whole perception sideways of where and how God is allowed to meet us.

Because I think sometimes we put God in these little boxes without even realizing it.

We know He can meet us in church.
We know He can meet us in worship.
We know He can meet us when we’re reading Scripture or on our knees praying.

But what about in your body?

What about in your breath?

What about in the places you’ve been holding tension, grief, fear, control, disappointment, or things you haven’t even had words for yet?

What if He wants to meet you there, too?

Breathwork didn’t replace God for me.

It created space for me to experience the God who was already there.

And if I’m talking to the woman who’s curious about this work but has that little voice of fear saying, “I don’t know… should I be doing this?” I just want to encourage you not to let fear make the decision for you.

Bring your discernment.
Bring your questions.
Bring Jesus with you.
Bring all of you.

And come receive.

God is not afraid of your breath.
He’s not afraid of your body.
He’s not afraid of the places inside of you that are still tender.

You might just be surprised by how closely He meets you there. 🤍

Sometimes a belief can live inside you for so long that you stop questioning it.

You simply begin building your life around it.

Maybe somewhere along the way you decided you had to be the strong one. That love always comes with pain. That you have to earn your worth. That your past says something permanent about your future. That certain dreams are unrealistic. That this is simply who you are.

And eventually, those beliefs stop feeling like beliefs.

They feel like facts.

They become “your truth”

But familiarity does not make something true.

Scripture tells us to be transformed by the renewing of our minds. (Romans 12:2)

What if some of the things you’ve accepted as limitations are actually stories God is inviting you to release?

Not so you can reinvent yourself.

But so you can return to the truth of who He created you to be.

At NAVEH, this is part of the sacred work we make space for.

We slow down. We listen. We bring the stories into the light.

The stories about your worth. Your body. Your relationships. Your purpose. Your future.

And we begin asking:

Where did I learn this?
Is this actually true?
Is this what God says about me?
What might become possible if I stopped allowing this story to define me?

Your past may have shaped you, but it does not get the final word.

The world may have handed you an identity, but it does not get to determine your purpose.

You are not here to become someone else.

You are here to remember who God created you to be.

To receive.
To hear His voice.
And to walk boldly into the life He placed within you.

So maybe the question isn’t, “What if this is just how my life is?”

Maybe it’s:

“God, what are You inviting me into that I haven’t yet been able to see?”

And then creating enough stillness to listen.

This is NAVEH. 🤍

HEY SIS, THE MOUNTAIN IS YOU. 🤭

Join us this February at CROWNED BELOVED as we explore the mountains within us—the beliefs, limitations, and stories that keep us from stepping fully into what God is calling us toward.

And if you’re feeling the nudge to come, but your first instinct is “no”…

Maybe that’s worth exploring.

God didn’t say you couldn’t go.
You did.

CROWNED BELOVED
A retreat for Christian women longing to receive, reconnect with God, and remember who they are.

February 4–8, 2027 | Santa Rosa Beach, Florida

Imagine five days where you don’t have to rush.

Morning light through the windows.
Nourishing food around a table with women who understand.
Bare feet in the sand.
Movement that brings you back into your body.
Quiet enough to hear yourself think—and prayerful enough to hear God.

And then, as the sun settles over the Gulf, gathering on the rooftop to watch the sky turn gold.

This is not about escaping your life.

It is about creating enough space to encounter God in the middle of it.

To loosen your grip.
To receive what you’ve been too busy to receive.
To tend to the places that need repair.
To remember that before you were a mother, wife, leader, caretaker, achiever, or anything else—

you were His beloved.

Crowned Beloved is now open.

Five days to receive • repair • restore • renew • remember.

If something in you has been longing for this kind of space, I think you already know. 🤍

Maybe you’re not anxious.

Maybe you’re uncomfortable because you already know the truth.

You know you don’t want to go, but you say yes.

You know you need to have the conversation, but you keep avoiding it.

You know something isn’t right, but you keep overriding your discernment because you’re afraid of disappointing someone.

And eventually, that internal conflict starts to feel like anxiety.

We’ve been taught to ask, “How do I make this feeling go away?”

But what if the better question is:

“What is this discomfort trying to tell me?”

Not every uncomfortable feeling needs to be regulated away.

Sometimes it’s an invitation to get honest.

Sometimes it’s an invitation to stop abandoning yourself.

And sometimes the peace you’re asking God for is waiting on the other side of a boundary you’ve been afraid to set.

Boundaries aren’t rejection.
Sometimes boundaries are obedience.

So sit with this today:

Where am I calling something anxiety when, deep down, I already know I need to say yes—or no?

You don’t have to answer it publicly.

Just be honest with yourself. 🤍

Sis yes…sometimes it’s anxiety.

but also…

sometimes you just don’t want to do the thing. 😂

you don’t want to have the conversation.

you don’t want to set the boundary.

you don’t want to disappoint somebody.

you don’t want to sit with the uncomfortable feeling.

and sometimes we’re so quick to label every uncomfortable feeling as “anxiety” that we never stop to ask what’s actually going on.

because there’s power in what we speak.

Scripture tells us that life and death are in the power of the tongue.

So I’m becoming a lot more careful about what I casually declare over myself.

“I’m anxious.”

“I’m overwhelmed.”

“I can’t handle this.”

“I’m just an anxious person.”

Sometimes that may genuinely be what you’re experiencing and it deserves compassion and support.

But sometimes?

You need to tell the truth.

You need to make the decision.

You need to have the conversation.

You need to set the boundary.

You need to do the uncomfortable thing.

And girl… sometimes your nervous system isn’t asking for another coping skill.

Sometimes it’s asking you to stop abandoning yourself.

Whew.

You got this!

with love, let’s call each other out and up! 🙌

12/08/2026

the good girl is tired.. whew
she been doing the MOST. 😂

she’s tired of always being the one who understands.

the one who says “it’s fine” when it’s really not.

the one who’s so scared she’s gonna hurt somebody, she’d rather abandon herself.

girl… stop pretending boo. 😂

God sees you.

and maybe He’s asking you to lay down some boundaries so He can undo some of that stuff you picked up that was never yours to carry.

He wants you to get reallllll honest with yourself.

because no… it’s not fine.

sometimes you gotta be the one people can’t count on.

sometimes your NO is sacred.

and did you ever stop and think…

maybe being loved was never something you had to earn in the first place?
