Saturday 6am-noon
Sunday 4pm (group class only)

All appointments are virtual at this time. These new hours do not impact scheduling for already established clients, especially those in other time zones. The change is only temporary while I (Stephanie) am undergoing needed health services.

Recognize Heat Stroke: This is a life-threatening emergency. Symptoms include hot, dry skin (no sweating), a body temperature over 104° F, confusion, and slurred speech. Immediately call 911 and begin rapid cooling by applying ice packs to armpits and groin.
