Hello beautiful souls,

Thursday’s 9:30AM Breathwork is canceled. I am committed to Yoga Tues/Thurs mornings; maybe you could join me at Eight Lotus Wellness!?

Here is the week ahead:

🌟 Tuesday: 5:30PM Breathwork (60 min.)

🌟 Wednesday: 12:15 Reset Breath (30 min.) and 5:30pm Candlelit Meditation (30 min.)

🌟 Thursday: Healing Sessions Available, message me to schedule.

🌟 Saturday: The Temple is receiving a blessing from two special Healers who have supported my journey, you are welcome to come. Text me for updates on the time, it will most likely be around 4/5pm

🌟 Sunday: 5:30pm Sound Healing (70 min.)
