This class uses a wide array of props to create the MOST feel-good stretches, leaving you feeling like you just stepped out of a day spa 💆‍♀️

When I am heading to the studio to teach and step into a leading role, I need energy and a whole
lot of it 🙌

Calm music is for 'calming' and my brain needs to know it's actually 'go-time' and I LOVE music for this!!!
Its one of my best brain hacks for getting stuff done.
Every drive in is different ❤️
A different playlist for a different feel.

My playlists include allllllll kinds of music from edm to
slow jams, metal, country, classical, anything and everything from the 70s and even rap.
I have never really listened to a genre I didn't like!

Personal practice 💗

To be completely honest, when you teach a LOT of classes throughout the week, you don't always have the time for personal practice.

Which is why sometimes I head for the studio super early, pop in my ear buds and just move.

No plan.
No thinking about what to do, just go.
