Wildflower Transformation A Guide for women on their individual paths to wholeness, allowing them to rediscover & embody fully

27/07/2026

Have you ever looked around at a life you worked hard to build... and quietly wondered why it no longer feels like home?

No dramatic event.

No obvious reason.

Just a growing sense that something inside you has shifted.

Many women assume this feeling means they're ungrateful or lost.

But often, it's neither.

It's a transition.

The difficult part is that transitions rarely come with clear endings or beginnings.

You may still have the same job.
The same relationships.
The same routines.

Yet your inner landscape has changed.

Instead of rushing to "fix" yourself, what if you became curious?

What if this discomfort isn't a sign that something is wrong but an invitation to become someone new?

Like a wildflower, growth often begins beneath the surface, long before anyone else can see it.

If this resonates, tell me: What part of your life feels different lately?

Not all transitions arrive with celebration.

Some arrive as endings you didn't choose.
Some ask you to release identities that once felt like home.
Some quietly whisper that the life you've been living no longer fits the person you're becoming.

These seasons can feel disorienting. Tender. Lonely.

And yet, they are often the places where our deepest transformation begins.

As a Life Transitions Coach, I don't have all the answers nor will I tell you who to become.

Instead, I offer a ministry of curious presence.
A space where your grief is welcome.
Where your uncertainty doesn't need to be rushed.
Where your inner wisdom has room to be heard beneath the noise.

Because healing isn't about returning to who you were.

It's about rooting into who you are and still becoming more of.

If you're standing at the edge of a new chapter—after loss, burnout, motherhood, divorce, a career change, or an awakening—know that you don't have to navigate it alone.

Every wildflower begins beneath the soil before it blooms.

If this speaks to where you are today, I'd love to hear from you.

Comment "TRANSITION" to explore how we can walk this season together.

Nurture your soul. Not later. Now.

Bloom. Rest. Breathe. Be gentle.
You don’t have to earn rest. You don’t have to wait for burnout to slow down.

Taking care of yourself isn’t selfish. It’s how you stay present, grounded, and whole.

Today, pick 1 word from the circle. Live it for 10 minutes.
Breathe. Take time. Slow down. Rest. Be gentle. Bloom.

Most women come to me thinking something is broken.
Nothing is broken.
What's missing is alignment and allowing.
When your mind is still running the old story the one that says you're too much, not enough, or too late - your body feels it. It braces. It holds. It carries what your mind refuses to put down.

And your spirit? She's been quietly waiting for both of them to catch up.
This is the work I do in 1:1 coaching. Not fixing. Not forcing. Aligning & allowing.
Because when all three finally move together something shifts that no amount of self-help books or motivational quotes could ever touch.
You stop second-guessing every decision.
You stop feeling like a stranger in your own skin.
You stop asking "what's wrong with me" and start asking "what's possible for me."

That's not healing as a destination. That's healing as a way of living.

If something in this post just woke something up in you that's not a coincidence. That's a signal worth following.

DM me the word ALIGN and let's talk.

Healing isn’t always about becoming a new person.

Sometimes it’s the slow remembering
of who you were before survival became your personality.

Before hyper-independence.
Before people pleasing.
Before constantly staying “strong.”
Before disconnecting from your own needs just to feel safe.

Many women don’t need to become more.

They need spaces safe enough
to finally soften.

“Feeling less like a weirdo with all my things going on.”

This is why we do it.

Circle isn’t about fixing you. It’s about creating space where your “weird” is welcome, your depth is honored, and your healing feels playful too. Bubbles included.

Grateful for every sister who trusts this space with her truth.

Ready to feel held like this? Next Sisterhood Circle: July 15, 7-9 pm

Some days healing looks like a breakthrough.
And some days it looks like this just putting one foot in front of the other and trusting that the path knows where it's going even when you don't.

You don't have to see the whole road. You just have to keep walking.

The trees will hold you. The light will meet you. And somewhere along the way, you'll realize you stopped being afraid of what's ahead because you finally started trusting what's within.
This is the walk. This is the work.

What does your path look like right now, are you in the thick of the trees, or starting to see the light ahead? Comment below.

Are you drowning in other people‘s expectations of who you should be or what you should do?

Are you following a path that isn’t yours?

Are you struggling with being perfect while also not being perfect enough?

For so many years I followed what everyone else wanted me to do because I was never enough or I became too much that I had to numb it all out. And I became so stuck on finding my purpose which is all about doing that lead me to discover my purpose is about being.

Does this sound familiar, I would love to hear! Comment COURAGE below to take the next step to unlocking who you really are.

Who else is feeling the intensity rising in the collective?

With Cancer season amplifying our emotions, many of us are feeling the weight of what is surfacing—personally, collectively, and ancestrally. Thank Spirit for the grounding support of the Capricorn Full Moon, reminding us to release what is not ours to carry and return to what truly belongs to us.

Join Lorena & me for a
🥁 Drum Circle Under the Strawberry Full Moon in Capricorn 🥁

🗓️ Monday, June 29, 2026 | 🕖 7:00-9:00ish PM

As this moon illuminates the structures, responsibilities, and expectations that shape our lives, we are invited to ask:

✨ What rigidity in your life is ready to soften or be released?
✨ What responsibilities are you carrying that were never yours to begin with?
✨ Are you ready to co-create with life and allow Spirit to guide the way?
It's time to move some of this energy through drumming, movement, sharing, and ritual.

💞 Bring a drum or instrument if you have one, along with a song, poem, prayer, creation, or anything your heart feels called to share in circle. 💞
