So I have been very faithful throughout this beginning of Lent season and let me just say… if you haven’t jumped in yet, DO IT!! I can’t believe how amazing my time with God has been and the awakening that has happened within me is next level.
Your health is more than just the temple God gave you to live it! Get EVERY area healthy my friend!

I have a question for you… how many times have you started your health journey for the sole purpose of losing weight only to get discouraged because the DAGGUM scale didn’t move like you thought it should?

You step on it and see that number and it hasn’t budged!!! What the what?!?! You have been faithful… you did ALL the things right… and yet… here you are!

Throw out your scale and get a body composition scale!

I have been refocused for the past month and I have seen the changes in my body, energy, sleep, and overall mood (all are metabolic related) … but the “number” is slow to move for me. Yet, when I look at the other health markers that the scale has I have made some big strides in my journey.

So, it may not be you… it’s probably your scale! Make the small investment and get an update in this. And, YES it does make a difference! Try it and see 😜❤️😜
