I’m thinking about bringing back something I used to love... a Thanksgiving morning yoga and meditation class. We did this every year when I had my studio, and I miss it so much!

It would be an all-levels flow followed by a deep stretch and guided meditation savasana, centered around the theme of gratitude.

📍 Location: Lake Wylie area
🕘 Time: 9:00 AM
🧘‍♀️ Duration: 75–90 minutes

I would probably need at least 5 people to pre-register to make this happen. Just gauging interest right now... who would be in?

Unpopular opinion but I will never stop reminding moms that a glass of w**e or whatever is NOT selfcare.

Because self care looks like a little bit of everything. It's a necessity!
