I have been struggling to stay on the path...but once you find your 'why' , it becomes so much easier. My 'why' has always been Vik...he needs to see that I will never give up, even when it would be easier...I have gained weight in places I have never have before... I have been blaming myself for months, and almost gave up on myself... But then I realized I am not alone... This is about hormone changes, and what worked before DOES not work NOW... For instance, eating less doesn't help, in fact for me, I gained weight...😭
Now I am learning what I need to do, getting in more fiber, more protein, and more healthy fat in a shorter window. This is a SLOW roll, but it is worth it.. What hasn't been worth it has been beating myself up.

So I am back... I will continue to be here every day...
