Hello Complete the Old ~ Create the New group
As a friend said to me, “Holy Eclipses!”.
How is your completing the old ~ creating the new going? Have you been playing with it? Are you noticing anything different, any changes, different perceptions? If you have questions or need any new ideas on how to make the most of this process, please reach out I'm here to assist.
We just ended eclipse season; how did you fare? As summer begins to cool down and we move forward into September it is a good time to review how far you have come and where you would like to keep moving. Remember, gratitude for where you have been and where you are now, creates a space for some newness to come in.
September brings a welcome sense of renewal as summer begins to give way to fall.
A good question to ask oneself any time but particularly in the month of September ‘Is what do I want to continue harvesting and what do I want to bury?”
Remember to be gentle with yourself and to make you a priority. No abandoning self.
