We’re hiring!
Muay Thai Beyond Limits is hiring two Assistant Instructors to join our growing team and help provide inclusive martial arts programming for individuals with intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities in Denver, CO.
We’re looking for someone who:
✅ Has experience working with individuals with intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities (required)
✅ Has experience working with children ages 3–18 (strongly preferred)
✅ Is compassionate, adaptable, patient, and comfortable thinking on their feet
✅ Believes deeply in inclusion, accessibility, and meeting students where they are
✅ Is a strong communicator and enjoys building relationships with students and families
✅ Is reliable, engaged, and willing to learn and grow with our program
Martial arts/Muay Thai experience is a plus—but NOT required! We will provide training and support for the right candidate. What matters most is your experience working with individuals with disabilities, your ability to adapt, and your willingness to learn.
$22–$25/hour based on experience | Part-time, between 6 and 15 hours/week
Current shifts are primarily Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday afternoons/early evenings.
