🏀 Putting in the work with the PROS! 💪

We had an incredible training session yesterday with TJ and Jamiya Neal!

Jamiya is a former Creighton University basketball standout, an NBA Summer League player, and currently plays professionally in the EuroLeague. With his sights set on reaching the NBA, he’s putting in the work at IIX Performance to take his game to the next level.

🏃🏻‍♀️PT Link Physical Therapy supports the Sylvania Womens Trillium Race 🏃‍♀️

The Trillium Women's Only Triathlon & Duathlon is an annual event held at Centennial Quarry in Sylvania, Ohio. Designed to empower women of all fitness levels, the event features a 400m swim, an 11-mile bike ride, and a 5K run, alongside duathlon and relay options.

🏀 Getting extra work in to separate from the competition.

We had the opportunity to train Austin Parks from the University of Toledo Men’s Basketball program yesterday at our IIX Performance Perrysburg location.

Austin came in focused on improving his foot speed, movement efficiency, and overall athleticism. We incorporated Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) training along with other advanced performance techniques to help take his game to the next level.

The best athletes know that success comes from putting in the work when no one is watching. Austin knew exactly where to come.
