Want your kids to become more independent?

To take initiative with chores? With their learning?

Give them plenty of time to play.

During play, children learn to practice the skill of initiation. They come up with their own play ideas and then execute those play schemes independently.

With plenty of time to play outdoors, children become more and more capable of entertaining themselves. Doesn't that sound nice?!
