DECA has worn many hats over the years, from Arts advocate, to Wellness advocate and now Food Security advocate but more than anything, underneath it all, DECA is a community builder (buildtrix 👸🏿)

This is why it makes me so happy to meld all of these worlds together: to teach yoga, meditation and community building through esoteric and Buddhist Theory (Blue Collar Buddhism ) in the home of the latest, coolest artists enclave

To connect, create and build are the foundations of literally everything and it is my dream to help fortify our collective foundations again, Sunday's at noon.

Join us for an all levels Yin based Yoga class from 12-1, which will transition into a guided discussion about our innate power to create, connect and build and the "power-up" that comes when we CO-CREATE!!

Solstice is a celebration of the perpetual polarity between the light and the dark, action and inaction, yang and yin.

During this 2nd iteration of
Yin & Reiki workshop/class we decided to go deep and empower each student with the tools to engage and disengage their energetic flows in order to bring about eachs's desired end; peace & sense of balance.

It was also a wonderful opportunity for my co-instructress and I to go deeper into our own practices, understanding the imperil, the skillsets and the "why" for what it was that we both wished to share with our class in unique yet relatable ways.

I think we slayed! Not only did each student leave feeling empowered but I can confirm that we both did too.
