Today marks one year in business! What a wonderful year it has been. I sponsored an event, gathered donations for 2 projects, took on a bunch of clients, saw some of them graduate from therapy, and set some things in motion for the future. I am honored to serve my community and so incredibly happy to be in private practice. I can't wait to keep growing and see where things are in another year!

I had a crazy idea for my birthday this year. I wanted to donate birthday cake kits to local food pantries. My friends and family cleared the wishlist and we have enough to make 45 kits in honor of my 45th birthday later this month!

10 kits were dropped off today to Lancaster County Chooses Love! Jessica said people are often surprised when they can pick out a birthday cake. It makes such an impact on those who visit their low barrier food pantry. Everyone deserves to be seen, loved, and celebrated!more kits will be assembled and donated soon!

What a privilege to know Lyndsey and be a support on her grad school journey. Today I attended the Touchstone Foundation's scholarship award luncheon and got to see her hard work pay off as she was awarded. It feels like a full circle moment to have had that same scholarship myself for grad school and to have written a recommendation letter for Lyndsey who now receives it. Touchstone does such valuable work investing in mental health in our county. My heart is so full today!
