So grateful to everyone who donated bras. After surviving breast cancer last year this felt particularly meaningful. Knowing my bras can help another woman feel dignity and femininity means alot.

Wow! 🤩 Heather at True You Counseling LLC organized a bra drive with her colleagues, clients and friends, resulting in 105 amazing bras that will remain right here in Lancaster. The generosity of our community continues to blow us away!🫶

Happy Half-versary to True You! Today marks 6 months of being an official business. I am so thankful to the local community for the warm welcome, my colleagues for advice and guidance, and to my family for supporting my leap. I am exactly where I am meant to be and thriving! Excited to continue building and celebrate the full anniversary later this year.

A gentle reminder for the over achievers and high functioning folks out there (like myself) that even though we CAN get results we MUST remember that we can rest. That begins with recognizing our sphere of influence and continues with setting and maintaining healthy boundaries.

This is so well said. It is most important to me that clients feel safe in session with me. While I do have 3 degrees and advanced trainings, the most important tool I have is my presence. We joke, we cuss, we draw or fidget, and we heal through safe (or safe enough) connection.
