🌟 MEET THE TEAM MONDAY! 🌟

This week, we’re excited to introduce Gabi Ray, one of our amazing Behavior Technicians at Rebound Home & Community Therapies! 💙

Gabi has been part of the Rebound team since May 2026, and her passion for building meaningful relationships with the kiddos she works with shines through every day!

🎮 Favorite Hobby: Video games!

🩺 What inspires her: Gabi’s future goal is to work as a nurse in a pediatric psychiatric department. She believes developing personal relationships with patients is incredibly important and wanted to gain experience learning how to advocate for and communicate with children from many different backgrounds.

💙 What she loves about working with clients:
“I love watching their growth and building a connection with them! They are all so smart, and I’ve loved watching them grow up over the summer.”

🤎 Favorite Color: Brown

🍂 Favorite Season: Fall — especially the beginning of a new school year!

🐱 Cats or Dogs? CATS! Gabi says she may be the biggest cat person you’ll ever meet. She has a cat of her own who is her absolute everything. 🐾

🕷️ Dream Superpower: Forget choosing just one — if she could literally just be Spider-Man, that would be the dream. 😂

✨ Her advice for future BTs:
“Have fun! Bonding with your kiddos is so important, and it makes your job so much more exciting when you develop a good relationship. Don’t be afraid to play!”

😊 What makes her smile every day? Her cat, along with spending time with her friends and family!

🌟 MEET THE TEAM MONDAY! 🌟

Everyone say hello to Mary Angel, one of our amazing Behavior Technicians (BTs)! 💜

Mary has been part of the Rebound family for almost TWO YEARS! 🎉 Her official review? Good vibes and meaningful work! 😎

🧘‍♀️ Outside of work:
Mary stays busy with yoga, painting, spending time with family, listening to music, watching movies, kayaking, fishing, and getting outside whenever she can. She’s also a BIG fan of those glorious days where she has absolutely nowhere to be. According to Mary, those are her Olympic-level achievements. 😂🏅

💜 Favorite color: Purple — the color of royalty, mystery, and excellent taste. 👑

🍂 Favorite season: Fall! Cooler weather, cozy vibes, and all those gorgeous colors.

🐶 Cats or dogs?
DOGS! Dogs! DOGS!
Cats are cool too, but as Mary puts it: “Dogs act like I’m famous, so I appreciate that energy.” 😂🐾

🚀 Dream superpower: TELEPORTATION!
Skip traffic. Travel anywhere. Be home in seconds. And most importantly… NEVER BE LATE AGAIN. Now THAT is a superpower. 😂

❤️ Why ABA?
Mary wanted a career where she could make a meaningful difference in someone’s life. She loves watching her clients grow and believes even the smallest victories can be HUGE — and honestly, they deserve confetti every single time! 🎉

Her favorite part of being a BT is building relationships with her clients and watching their personalities shine. Whether it’s learning a new skill, communicating independently, or accomplishing something that was once difficult, those moments make the work incredibly rewarding.

💡 Mary’s advice for new BTs:
Be patient with yourself AND your clients. Progress doesn’t always happen overnight. Celebrate the little victories, stay consistent, ask questions, and never underestimate how important it is to build trust.

😊 What makes Mary smile every day?
Seeing progress, independent communication, hilarious session moments, and knowing that even on an ordinary day, she may have made a positive difference in someone’s life.

📚✏️ BACK-TO-SCHOOL SEASON IS HERE! ✏️📚

The first-day outfits are picked, backpacks are packed, and those adorable “First Day of School” pictures are coming! 🥹📸

Before you hit POST, take a quick look at what you're sharing. 👀

Those cute little signs can sometimes tell the internet a LOT more about your child than we realize.

🚫 Consider keeping these details OFF social media:
Full name • Age • Birthday • School • Teacher • Bus number • Daily routine • Specific identifying information

One piece of information may seem harmless—but several pieces together can give a stranger a surprisingly detailed picture of who your child is, where they are, and where they may be each day.

💡 A good rule of thumb:
If a stranger doesn't need to know it, it probably doesn't need to be in the picture.

You can absolutely still get that adorable first-day photo! 💚 Try keeping the sign simple with things like:

✏️ First name
🎒 Grade
❤️ Favorite color
🌟 What they want to be when they grow up

Same cute kid. Same adorable first-day picture. Less personal information shared online. A little more peace of mind. 💚🔒
