Get ready for a beautiful morning sky event! Before sunrise on July 14, a thin waning crescent Moon will appear close to Mercury and the bright star Pollux. This stunning trio will create a memorable view low in the eastern sky and can be seen without a telescope if the sky is clear.

8 years ago, my life changed, but yesterday I walked 2 miles, which I would have thought was impossible!! A very long journey that, in the beginning, I wasn't sure I would be able to overcome the pain and regain my normal function. Falling into a deep deep depression did not help either. But after years of persistence, hard work, and support, I overcame a LOT, and I am here today to say I am doing it!! I am still healing, but I am happy, I can walk, I do not need to use a walking device, and I can do most of the normal functions I used to do before.
