❤️☀️🙏🕊️🦢💫 Sage/Crone Gratitude Musings….
❤️🙏💫 Yesterday was a challenging day, so I rested all day. I had to run an errand around our country block, and this is what I NOTICED. I saw an entire flock of sandhill canes in a field on Stanley Rd, and of course, my car pulled off the road so I could talk to them. I thanked them for their tenacity, tranquil peace, resilience, and beauty, but most of all for calling me to NOTICE. Of course cars were racing by me, never a glance, ( I really don’t expect them to, but I notice) to see if my car is broken down, or I may be in distress. Beta brain waves, survival mode… Sigh… Our world right now…. Sigh again… I do not like to live like that anymore, so, I sent them some love, let them, and enjoyed the sunshine, gazed at the farm field across the way, and then, continued over to my destination on Skinner Lake. I saw a flock of swans on Skinner Lake - an amazing place! I am so deeply grateful to live in the midst of magnificent beauty, peace, sacred waters, be aware of nature’s rhythm, and understand why it is vital that I take care of my nervous system. Yep, reframed my day…
You know I’m all about the message that are sent to me…
