I am honored to be part of this event to help raise su***de prevention awareness. As someone who has lived both sides of su***de—living with suicidal ideation since age seven, an incomplete su***de myself, and losing multiple loved ones to su***de, my mission is to break the stigma surrounding co-occurring disorders so mental healthcare is as normal as physical healthcare. After all, our brain is a PHYSICAL part of our body—and along with our heart, it's the most important organ of our body.
