We offer psychiatric care, including diagnosis, treatment plans, and medication management.

We’re here to help you feel balanced, heard, and supported. Balanced Life Behavioral Health was established to create a positive patient care experience. The team at Balanced Life knows firsthand the difficulties patients can experience finding a great provider who takes the time to make them feel welcome and understands that their time and issues are essential. Changing your life does not mean yo

u have to do it alone. We know it can be difficult to reach out and get help to address your mental health needs and that is why our main goal at Balanced Life is to make you feel comfortable so that you can address your concerns. To accomplish this we offer a supportive environment with longer appointment times. We respect your time and keep our wait times to a minimum by not overbooking appointments. At Balanced Life, we care about your mental health. Our providers create an individualized treatment plan for each client and follow up closely, providing expert care along the way. Remember, life is all about balance, and this is true for medications as well. We will work together with each client to find the right balance of medications, therapy, and other behavioral health changes to help you succeed in life.

Sometimes healing begins with just one deep breath.
When anxiety rises and thoughts race, pause gently. Inhale peace, exhale tension.
A calm breath can quiet the mind, soften the heart, and remind your nervous system that you are safe in this present moment.

If you’re thinking about checking in on a teen’s mental health, the key is to keep it simple, safe, and judgment-free. Teens often won’t open up if it feels like an interrogation, so how you ask is just as important as what you ask.
