GIA Smith Stress Management, Divorce/Breakup and Recovery Coaching

GIA Smith Stress Management, Divorce/Breakup and Recovery Coaching I'm Gia Smith, expert in Stress Management, Divorce/Breakup, and Recovery. In my early days, I'd been inflicted with many soul-breaking traumas.

Based on my own recovery & college education, I developed an out-of-the-box program on how to crush the crazies of life and become a healthy and whole CHAMPION. The memories and fallout of those events began to crush me and almost destroyed everything I was. By the time I'd reached my thirties, I was paralyzed with fear and diagnosed with PTSD, major depression, and an anxiety disorder. I wasn't l

iving, but only doing time as a broken, empty, and what many would call a "CRAZY" person. After much searching, I found the right support system, insights, and tools to help crush my crazy before it could completely destroy me. Today, I'm a whole person healed from the inside out. I'm fully LIVING with peace and contentment no matter what's happening around me. Through "the school of hard knocks" and secular education, I've become an expert in the field of Stress Management, Divorce/Breakup, and Recovery. I'm passionate about helping others who want to follow my steps and CRUSH their CRAZY, so I created this platform! ARE YOU TRULY LIVING? Or are you merely DOING TIME? Only you can answer that and only you can decided the trajectory of your life. To learn more on how to crush your crazy, please visit my website:

Jacqueline Nyetipei Kiplimo did something that stunned the world during the 2010 Zheng-Kai Marathon when she witnessed a disabled competitor struggling to drink water who was a double amputee. Instead of seeing her moment to run ahead of this struggling athelete, she ran along side of him from the 6.2 mile mark to the 23 mile mark (10km mark to the 38km mark), helping him drink water at all of the watering stations. The aide that she so compassionately provided her fellow competitor slowed her run time down and caused her to lose her first place position and place 2nd in the race — costing her the win and the $10,000 cash prize.

Jacqueline Nyetipei Kiplimo showed the world that day that to her, being compassionate and helping one another was more important than winning a race that she had been preparing for her entire life. Now this is what a true leader looks like, one that never leaves someone disadvantaged behind.
