You aren’t lazy. You aren’t "bad with time." And you certainly don’t need another color-coded planner.

Think about that one project you’ve been avoiding. When you look at it, your heart rate spikes just a fraction. Your brain senses discomfort, fear of failure, or the weight of perfectionism.

In that moment, your primitive brain does exactly what it was designed to do: it protects you. It steers you toward the "safety" of a clean kitchen, a scrolling feed, or a meaningless task—anything to avoid the emotional "threat" of the big goal.
