Babies and toddlers catch a lot of colds, and that's completely normal. 🤧
Because their immune systems are still developing, little ones can experience several colds each year.
➡️ Some of the most common symptoms include:
• Runny or stuffy nose
• Sneezing or coughing
• Mild fever
• Decreased appetite
• Irritability or difficulty sleeping
While most colds improve with time, babies under 3 months old should always be evaluated if they develop cold symptoms. For older children, contact your pediatrician if they have difficulty breathing, a fever over 100.4°F, or symptoms that aren't improving.
