If you’re enrolled in our Remote Patient Monitoring program, we have an important update 👇

🏥 We’ve transitioned to a new in-house program
📵 Your current devices will still work, but they will NOT transmit readings via Bluetooth

👩‍⚕️ Our new program will be managed by Danielle
📋 Please note: readings will automatically upload into your chart

✅ We will begin handing out NEW devices starting tomorrow
➡️ Please start using your new device once received
🔁 Keep your old device as a backup

We’re giving the clinic a refresh! 🎨✨

Starting the first week of August, we’ll be painting and updating the flooring 🛠️
We will NOT be closed during this time — we are still seeing patients! ✅

Construction is expected to take about 2 weeks ⏳

All visits will take place in Unit 106
Unit 101 will be closed 🚧 (signs will be posted to guide you!)
