If you’re wanting to get into inversions but they’re not quite accessible yet, an inversion stool makes alllll the difference!

They’re a lot less scary to fall out of - and you should practice falling out a few times so you can learn to do so safely. They’re also really supportive so overall it’s easier to learn in one.

Would you try this?

Tiger Pose Variations 🐅
• for sensitive wrists, try adding props under forearms
• for sensitive knees, try adding padding under knees
• try lifting the leg without adding your arm - or do just the arm!

Before my first yoga teacher training (13 years ago! 😳) I had no idea what I was getting myself into. I knew I was excited to deepen my practice and to share what I learned with others but I didn’t know how much my life would change.

These are 5 unexpected things I learned from my first training. That training was the first of MANY- I wanted to learn everything 🤣and I loved the environment of teacher training so much that I wanted to be in training forever.

Now I run yoga teacher trainings every year with Solstice Yoga so I get to live that dream all while helping blossoming yoga teachers find their voice and make their way in the yoga world. 🌍

If you’re interested in deepening your practice and sharing your love for yoga, send me a DM and let’s chat about YTT, mentorship, or resources I can share with you!
