The R&B Concert was such a vibe I attended both nights. Although it was the best experience I still had to explore what options us plant eaters had while at the stadium.

September has arrived and so has the produce list for the month. Fall is amongst us as summer comes to close. Remember eating in-season produce provides more nutrition and more flavor. Fruits and vegetables in season spend less time from farm to table, so they maintain more of their nutrients and flavor. It’s levels to this vegan life. Hello August 👋🏽

The end of the summer is near and preserving/freezing the freshness of your fruits and veggies can go a long way with fall recipes. There’s many methods but enjoy the read below because fall is a coming. Let’s be ready 🌻🌻🌻

Lay everything in a single layer on a parchment paper-lined sheet pan or baking sheet and freeze until firm. Then transfer to an airtight container or a freezer bag. Frozen vegetables will also keep for about 3 months. Toss them into soups and stews or bake or roast them with SBS Barely Bouillon Power of course. Yummers, shop Scary Blends Seasonings online!

Gilcrease Orchard, 66-acre farm in the Las Vegas Valley that offers a “pick-your-own” experience for seasonal fruits and vegetables like apples, peaches, and pumpkins, along with a farmers market, and is a popular spot for family-friendly activities and photography. It’s definitely a vibe!!!!!
