So we did it! We launched our PAUSE I| Collection with our T-shirts. I’ve included a flyer and website link to visit our website or shop on Shopify to purchase a T-shirt. You don’t understand. This is more than just a T-shirt; it’s a movement, a reminder to ourselves to take a moment and be present for ourselves. These T-shirts were inspired by a short story about my family taking a pause.

Big Keith/Lil Keith
I’ve officially been cloned… in plushie form.
Same beard. Same calm energy. Slightly fewer bills.
The verdict is still out though—does he look like me?

What this little guy really represents is something serious:
Therapy doesn’t have to feel cold, intimidating, or disconnected.
It should feel human. Approachable. Safe.
