I’m seeing buyers make decisions without even taking the first step: finding out what they qualify for and what their actual payment could look like.

If you’re already paying $2,000+ a month to a landlord, at the very least… see where you stand.

🏡 Fall in love with the neighborhood before you fall in love with the house.

A house can be renovated. Walls can be painted, kitchens can be remodeled, floors can be replaced, and bathrooms can be updated.

But you can’t renovate the neighborhood.

Before you get emotionally attached to a house, take a drive around the area. Check out the surrounding streets. Visit at different times of day. Look at traffic, nearby amenities, future development, and the overall feel of the neighborhood.

Because the perfect house in the wrong neighborhood may not feel so perfect six months from now.

Find the neighborhood you love first. Then find the house. ❤️🏡

Imagine putting your offer in NOW… and celebrating the holidays in your NEW HOME. 🎄🏡

If you’re thinking about buying, the timing of your offer and closing can make a difference in when your first mortgage payment is due.

For example, if you close in September, your first regular mortgage payment is typically due November 1st. That’s because mortgage payments are generally paid in arrears — you’re paying for the previous month.

So yes… depending on the timing of your contract, loan, and closing, you could potentially be unpacking boxes and hanging the stockings in your new home before the holidays. ❤️
