Life longer learner here 👋. I absolutely love massage and learning about the body. Most of my continuing education this past year has been learning about how trauma affects the body and how massage can help these clients. I have so much compassion for everyone let’s be real- but also for those who have experienced any kind of trauma. Massage is so healing- in my opinion. I look forward to diving deeper into this work to help my clients in their healing journeys.

Happy Thursday! I’ve worked with this couple for almost 5 years! They have a very athletic family and have made maintenance massages a priority to help insure they can keep up with their active lifestyle. Dare I say, everyone can benefit from massage. Also who am I kidding- when you love the work you do it doesn’t feel like work. I feel blessed everyday, I get to help people feel better, everyday. That’s a FLEX. 💪
